Ralph has deep ties to Bell County, where he has raised his four children, Ashley, Adrienne, Josh, Ben, and built his business. Ralph is a member of the Temple, Belton, Harker Heights and Killeen Chambers of Commerce, the Temple Business League, and the Temple Area Home Builders Association, Association of the U.S. Army, and the National Federation of Independent Business, Texas Farm Bureau, and the SPJST. 

Ralph’s civic involvement extends statewide as he served as President of the Texas Restaurant Association where he represented over five thousand restaurant owners and worked in Austin to advocate for less government and fewer government intrusions into small business including restaurants.  Ralph has also served as an Executive Committee Member of the Temple Chamber of Commerce and was named the “Small Businessman of the Year” by the Small Business Administration.

Ralph and his wife, Debbie, have served on the boards or have been significant financial supporters for several area charities, including the March of Dimes, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, Families in Crisis, Inc., the Bell County 4-H, the Temple Free Clinic, and Central Texas Children’s Center.
